Seletar West Park Connector is part of the Round Island Route (RIR). It spans from Rower’s Bay to Piccadilly Circus and consists of 2 rest nodes – the Heritage Trees and the Jalan Kayu Guardhouse. Visitors can enjoy a view of the Seletar Airport, learn more about the history of the Seletar Aerospace area through the interpretative signboards, and visit the nearby Hampstead Wetlands Park to enjoy biodiversity in the park.
At the Heritage Trees Node, visitors can enjoy a view of 3 heritage Swietenia macrophylla trees. At the Jalan Kayu Guardhouse node, amenities include a shelter, drinking fountain, toilet and F&B vending machines.
